This is a nymph! This species has many different common names. It is a beautiful Mantis. These are kept as pets by some people. This link has some nice photos of the species:

i dont know how to combine them..but yes this is a beautyfull mantis fairly common but hard to spot..

If this is the same organism as your first spotting, you should combine them into one spotting; I'd put this picture as the #1 image, it's lovely.
