Excellent link for snakes of Tennessee below. Click on North American Racer (Eastern Racer) and you'll see the juveniles and a perfect match for your snake. Hognose isn't found in Tennessee. Beautiful shot Melissa.

Not sure what about this snake makes you think hognose, Joshua? The snake is way too long to be a hognose. Also has a white chin and brown nose with black around the eyes, that is characteristic of an eastern racer.
