Tremella aurantia
Seen on a boardwalk through a mangrove swamp
Looks like Tremella. In the second picture I see Stereum hirsutum so it must be Tremella aurantia which parasitize it. Tremella mesenterica is very similar but it parasitizes Peniophora. Have a look here:
