Thanks for the info. Sorry for the low quality,but your right, it is the ballyhoo fish. Ill work on upgrading the quality of future pics. Once again, thanks for the help and the warm welcome :)

Hi Mowills, welcome to Project Noah! This pic is a bit blurry so I wasn't sure what to look for as I don't know what a Balyhoo is! I've done a bit of research though, is it this Ballyhoo fish? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ballyhoo If so you could update the spotting with the scientific name 'Hemiramphus brasiliensis' and put a link to the Wikipedia article in the references. I'll look forward to seeing more of your spottings!
