Ok. It is oleander. I was just checking to see how accurate this would be.

I vote for Oleander, as well...in the future if you take a pic of the whole plant it will help in the ID process.

I agree that it does look like oleander. Never burn oleander - the smoke is also very hazardous.

I'm only guessing, it's a bit hard without the flowers, but I'd say it's Nerium oleander. If it has milky sap I'd say so for sure. Please be warned if so, ALL parts are poisonous.
