Blue-green chromis

Chromis viridis

Description:

Another predominant "cloud" of fishes in Balicasags´reefs are Chromis viridis. these are damselfishes (Pomacentridae) to 8 cm (3 in.) in size. They are blue to pale green with no markings. Form large schools above coral thickets.

Habitat:

Coastal reefs and lagoons in 2-20 m. Indo Pacific.
