Nerium oleander
Oleander grows well in warm subtropical regions, where it is extensively used as an ornamental plant in landscapes, in parks, and along roadsides. It is drought-tolerant and will tolerate occasional light frost down to −10 °C (14 °F). It has historically been considered a poisonous plant based on a number of its compounds that may exhibit toxicity, especially to animals, when consumed in high amounts.
Seen near a path in an urban neighborhood
Nice series! I love these flowers' fragrance! A popular street plant in my village because the wandering goats and sheep won't eat them.
