We rescued this "thing" from a pool. It is standing on a bright yellow flipper - I know you were wondering.
The very dark shadow against that bright yellow does make fora very cool shot, though! :)

This is actually just one scorpion - the shadow makes it appear as two.
This looks like 2 water Scorpions (Hemiptera, Family Nepidae).
