Description:

scale-like insects (Ceroplastes rubens?) with small black ants species, maybe(Dorymyrmex insanus?) looks like gathering for its honey dews. the ants are plenty here around the house and trees, all spotted on Bird's Nest Fern (Asplenium-nidus). also spotted a spider skin suspended in spider web in between the leaves of the fern with its eggs bundled together.

Habitat:

scale insects - Bird's Nest Fern. ants - trees, leaves, shelves,roofings, almost everywhere. spider - leaves and shaded areas.

Notes:

It's my first time seeing these kind of insects the(Ceroplastes rubens?). any suggestions on species ID's? please help identify.
