No way to tell what genus of lycosid this is, as the spiderlings are obscuring the pattern on her abdomen. I'm not saying that's a dead giveaway, but it's helpful in most cases. It's a wonderful sight nonetheless.

Cool! I think you have a mama wolf-spider, carrying her babies on her back. Don't worry, while they are large and fast, wolf spiders are actually rather docile and not known to bite unless provoked. Good hunters for other pesty critters in your house.

Not sure of the exact species though.Hopefully someone more knowledgable about spiders can nail that a bit better than me.
