Unknown Spotting

Description:

I went downstairs at 5:30 a.m. in the morning, and I saw a small, black insect, resting on the side of the kitchen sink. The head, thorax, and abdomen, was black in color. The end of its abdomen, was pointed. It had six, jointed legs, and two, transparent wings. This insect, was one sixteenth of an inch wide, and one fourth of an inch long. This insect was alive, and able to move and fly.

Habitat:

Inside my house. In the kitchen. I found this insect, resting on the side of the kitchen sink.

Notes:

This small, black insect, was resting on the side of the kitchen sink, at 5:30 a.m. in the morning. It had six jointed legs, and two, transparent wings. The end of its abdomen, was pointed. The color of this insect, was black.
