A spiny Fungus Gnat about 4 mm long. Family Mycetophylidae. Typical of flies in this family is the humped back, spiny legs and very long coxae on all pairs of legs.
Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
