Blue flower with 2 petals and long stigma. Anthers look to have small yellow flowers on them. About 1-1.5 feet tall.

Habitat:

Weedy old horse pasture.

The USDA Plant Database lists 2 Communis sp. - C. communis and C. erecta - for Michigan. This is C. communis.
