Description:

The genus of this Stick Insect, Tisamenus under the tribe of Obrimini is endemic to Philippines. They are quite easily recognizable by the triangular shaped on their back. This particular specimen could possibly be an undescribed specie of Tisamenus. It was found at Mt. Hibok-Hibok, Camiguin Island, Mindanao, Philippines.

Habitat:

They tends to hang around forest floors, among dead leafs and branches, which made them very difficult to spot.

At a glance, yes but they are so much smaller.
This one is just around 4cm in size.
And as mentioned in my description, they have the 'triangular-shaped' pattern on their back.
