Watermelon

Description:

What caught my eye was the pretty leaf lamina. The flower is simple. Yellow and now there is fruit growing too. Waiting for it to grow larger and then, will post a photo.

Habitat:

Growing as a weed in a flower pot on my rooftop terrace which it is sharing with a Cape honeysuckle...no idea whence came the seed...bird dropping likely.

Notes:

Found the ID courtesy my maid. It seems this is watermelon. Of course it will not fruit...but I learnt something...that the leaves are pretty.
