Nephila clavipes
Aranha de Jardim, como é conhecida aqui no Brasil
Definitely Nephila sp., but I am not sure if this one is really Nephila clavipes, the only Nephila sp. in the neotropics. However, there are reports of Nephila sexpunctata found in Brazil and another one was introduced. But until now I never have seen a picture of these ones. Note the different colors and markings of the legs and belly. Do you have another shot from the backside of the spider? This would help a lot.
