Bishnumati River
A large number of Eagles stay here and eat scraps from a nearby chicken processing plant out of the heavily polluted Bishnumati River.

The second photo, looks like a Hawk to me .
They are pretty large to be a Hawk I think. I'd say they have a 3-6 foot wingspan, but I really don't know.
....and that's so sad.
