Masked tree frog

Description:

Reached the mask tree frog, depending on gender, a body length of 6 to 8 cm. The body top is predominantly reddish-brown in color, the underside is white to cream. From the tip of the snout to behind the eyes, a dark brown stripe and a dark brown pattern, which is characteristic of this type extends. The crepuscular and nocturnal frogs are not an endangered species.

Habitat:

Mask tree frogs are common in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and northern Colombia. Here you live in rainforests the edges of water bodies that may have a different size. They are found at altitudes of up to 1000 meters. As Kulturfolger they are also found in the vicinity of settlements, parks and gardens.
