this is the first time i spotted this wasp in this park (i've been visit regularly in the pass 3 years).

Can be a Spider Wasp...
Do their antennas were observed turned in round shape...?

yes she is cute! she was struggling and balancing in strong wind....

Lovely bug!! I like how she is holding both pieces of grass!? Very cute, red legged wasp?
