It looks like Japanese Honeysuckle. Here in the US this is a very invasive species, and very difficult to get rid of once it is established. I'm not sure about it's status in the Netherlands. But.. if this is in YOUR garden, you will need to keep it under control. It will grow very quickly, the vines will root, and spread everywhere. It can choke out other bushes, climb trees, and basically cause a huge headache.
