There is not much blue on the other side, but so far I think it's a Pipevine Swallowtail--not all of which have much blue. If you have a better idea, please let me know!

I was wondering if it was a black swallowtail...but the spots look different to me. I know it would help to have a photo of the other side of the wings, too.
