Description:

These large orb-weavers are common in seasonal rainforests in the Kimberley. They measure about 2 inches in diameter and can build long powerful webs across canyons as pictured above.

Habitat:

Remnant rainforests in the northern Kimberley.

Notes:

These canyons hold amazing biodiversity, but the webs of these orb weavers make accessing them a challenging task.
