Stick Insect

Phasmatodea

Description:

Sometimes called Phasmida or Phasmatoptera. It's an order of insects, whose members are variously known as stick insects (in Europe and Australasia), walking sticks or stick-bugs (in the United States and Canada), phasmids, ghost insects and leaf insects (generally the family Phylliidae)

Habitat:

Trees and shrubs

Notes:

I found it in my parents house, in Banyuwangi - East Java - Indonesia. This stick man suddenly appeared crawling on the floor in the house. I didn't know what is its habitat, so I just let it go and put it in the garden.
