Not sure what this is, looks like an Egg or cocoon of something, dangling from under a leaf and when reviewing the picture, saw a tiny bug on the leaf too.

Yep, its a blood sucking mite :D
Really does look like an Ichneumon coccoon.
By the way, that small bug is a mite.
