Hylobates lar
I live opposite the national park and often see gibbons very high in the canopy. This is the first time i have seen them in the large jackfruit like tree which is just on the other side of the river. it was an amazing opportunity to watch them climb vertically in order to access the large fruit at the end of the branches. This sequence is a great illustration of the way they move..brachiation (swining like a pendulum).
