Ananas cf. bracteatus
Must be a Pinapple Plant, Ananas sp. and might be the ornamental Ananas bracteatus or Red Pinapple, commonly found or better cultivated/planted in gardens of Costa Rica. The "real" pineapple is to my knowledge Ananas comosus.
