Description:

A cluster of little black rocks surrounded by columnar barnicles and moss in the intertidal area of Wenderholm regional park in Auckland New Zealand. Found on the very top of a rock exposed to sunlight and about 40m from the low tide mark. m = metres.

Habitat:

On top a rock in the intertidal zone, exposed to sunlight, 40m away from the low tide point that day.
