Panthera leo krugeri
"The white lion is occasionally found in wildlife reserves in South Africa and is a rare colour mutation of the Kruger subspecies of lion (Panthera leo krugeri)". //Wikipedia The one on the left side is 50% white lion (Panthera leo krugeri) and the one on the right hand side is a "regular" lion (Panthera leo) in the picture with two lions, The white lion is accompanied by a baby-caracal in the second picture.
I was working with natural conservation in South Africa. That was where I encountered this unusual colour mutation.
