Hi markeseeley, This is without a doubt the heliconia I have suggested. If you note this heliconia is pendent (it hangs) and one flower spirals away from another. The 'rostrata' is also pendant but distichous which refers to the way the flowers come out one on one side and one on another...they never spiral out. The 'rostrata' is also a type that rarely reaches more than 10' without the add of other plants for support. The 'bihai x marginata' cultivar can reach an astounding 15' or more depending on light conditions.
