Bougainvillea
This plant was between one to two feet tall. Its leaves were fairly small, bright green, measured six centimeters in length, and four and a half centimeters in width. The flowers hadn't grown as large and there were only two, but they were still very admirable. The flowers were a hot pink, with a tiny bud of another whitish-yellowish flower growing inside.
On the road, directly under the bright sun rays. No tree canopies above, so if there were storms, there would be no protection.
