Pseudagrion microcephalum
This is a male damselfly. It is 4 1/2 centimeters long. It has a iridescent blue body and the same blue for its eyes. It has a tail that is like bamboo with that is brown and the iridescent blue for the joints. It has six legs that are dark brown/black. It has two pairs of wings.
