Great Basin fence lizard

Sceloporus occidentalis longipes

Description:

Small lizards, 8-12 cm in length with mostly drab colors besides bright canary yellow scales covering the inside of the front legs and "armpits". I believe the two photos show the two sexes, but since I am unsure of the species the identities cannot yet be determined.

This might be related to my Western Fence Lizard at http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/157...
The stripes don't match, but the yellow armpits do.
