Description:

About 7 millimeters body length, robust, mottled gray as shown.

Habitat:

Prowling around on a blooming Oregon Grape plant. It was stalking a yellow dung fly at the time. Surrounding habitat was rocky outcrop in otherwise mostly dry open area along a trail through a residential area. Gambel's oak and elm are dominant trees.
