Yep, that's the one, when I 'rescued' this frog from my dog, I was surprised by it's dark color, because their colour is way lighter normally. Thanks!

Looks similar to the white-lipped tree frog (Litoria infrafrenata), although your specimen appears to be a very different (darker) shade of green. See
