Description:

Ixeridium is a flowering plant from family Asteraceae or Compositae (commonly referred to as the aster, daisy, composite, or sunflower family). It is a perennial herb 10-90 cm tall, with short oblique rhizome and fibrous roots; erect stems solitary or few, usually branched from above middle; basal leaves crowded.

Habitat:

Garden of a monastery in Tagaytay City, Cavite.
