Mealybug Destroyer

Cryotolaemus montrouzieri

Description:

This bug was white and fuzzy all around. It had a soft texture and didn't look alive at first. It was inching up slowly to a leaf. It had a spiky, soft, white back. There were no visible body parts showing except it's back. The insect was about two centimeters in size.

Habitat:

It was found on the stem of a plant, next to the cotyledons. The weather around it was hot, and it hadn't rained in a while. The leaf it was on was a bit dry.

Notes:

Sorry about the blurry pictures.
