Garter Snake

Thamnophis

Description:

It was mostly brown, with yellow stripes all down the sides of it's body. I believe it was just under two feet long.

Habitat:

Grassy area, with a small woodland area nearby.

Notes:

I found it in my front lawn. If it hadn't of moved, I would never have noticed it.
