Description:

L 7". distinctive head with trailing black horns, yellowish face & throat with broad blackeye stripe & bib below throat. White chest, black tail, rusty shoulder & back.

Habitat:

Dirt fields,gravel ridges and shores.

Notes:

Seen on Fiesta Island ( a sand bar island in Mission Bay in San Diego)
