Red-tail, leucistic

Description:

This red-tail was sighted and identified by Richmond Audubon Society members in winter of 2014 and was again seen winter 2015. It is mostly white with some brown modeling. Feet and beak are normal coloration and therefore not albino.

Habitat:

Each time seen in the winter along the tree line at Powhatan State Park.
