Welcome! I must admit, this one was a lucky punch! Never seen before got the ID after a little bugguide search. It is the most delicate leafy I ever have seen.

It looks similar to Western Conifer Seed Bug. Definitely a kind of leaf-footed bug. Gorgeous.
