Red Squirrel

Sciurus vulgaris

Description:

This squirrel was sleeping on the path in the forest. When I was very close it slowly moved a few meters and went back to sleep again. Perhaps it is a beginning sign of disease? I didn't want to disturb it anymore and left at once.

Habitat:

Forest.

Notes:

Norwegian name: Ekorn
