Description:

The White-Rumped Seedeater (Serinus leucopygius) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, and the United States. Its natural habitat is dry savanna.

This finch lives at Tulsa Zoo, Tulsa, OK, USA.

It is also known as a Gray Singing Finch.
