This is not a beetle, this is for sure belonging to the order of Hemiptera, and beetles are from the order of Coleoptera, the easier way to remember it is to know that beetles have more chitin and their wing are stiffer. However Hemiptera are mainly coming in the pentagonal shape and have always this geometrically precise elements on its body. By the looking at the thin body on your photo I can say that it is probably a nymph, unfortunately I'm not sure which species belongs to.
