Yes, Machi, it really does look like a Eulachnus Giant Aphid!! I think you had it. Those even have long hind legs and no cerci!

Maybe a Jumping Plant Louse, Family Psyllidae (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jumping_pl...)
The head doesn't look right for a Psocid, the hind legs are very long and the antennae are too short…….
Maybe not an aphid? It doesn't have the little cerci and the wings are not up-side-down. Maybe a Psocid?
