Sedum pusillum
Leaves are simple, alternate cauline, and spirally arranged. Each flower subtended by a leafy bract. Flower is white (bisexual) with four sepals, four petals, and eight stamens.
Native and rare to Georgia and the Carolinas. Look for it in very thin soil of vernally wet depressions on granite flatrocks, often in mats of the moss Hedwigia ciliata. This one was photographed at Heggies Rock near Appling (Columbia County), GA.
It's also called Granite Stonecrop.
