Hirundo rustica
Similar to the Cliff Swallow in markings not color. Iridescent dark blue on upperparts. Rufous forehead patch, neck, rump with paler underparts except a dark blue collar. Tail is dark blue with white patches and long outer tail feathers.
Nests are more bowl shape made out of mud, found under bridges, overpasses, sheds and barns. Many times find them near water.

Thank you Ajwerko, I must have taken about 100 shots to get #3 showing the wings and tail in flight clear enough. Quick little birds.
