This looks more like a Halictid Bee than a Cuckoo Wasp. Maybe this one? Although it is not named....http://www.flickr.com/photos/artour_a/3494474510/in/set-72157601349724928

Thank you Harsha Singh. Definitively it's a member of the Chrysidae family. Unfortunately, it seems that it is not easy to separate it from other species without a closer look. Unfortunately, I don't have the specimen to check it. It was so shy that once I took the picture ... the bee just escaped very fast.
