I will let an expert (my mother :) ) take a look at this one in about a week. There are not that many fully red mushrooms this coarsely built in the Nordic countries. The Scarlet waxcap prefers lime-rich grasslands. This is an other one "Hygrocybe coccinea" that you can use as a reference for the ID suggestion.
Swedish names: Sharlakansvaxskivling (ID suggestion)
Blodvaxskivling (the reference in the text)
