Tiny. I thought it was a miniature Skipper butterfly when I saw it on the sepals of my jasmine flowers. A closer look and I thought it was a fly with two tiny feathers for wings.
Potted Jasmine plant in flower. The insect was busily exploring the sepals of the flowers that had withered; ignoring the flowers nearby.
First time I have seen a fly like this in real life.

It is, Vegetable Varieties for Gardeners :-) One of the few Global Missions that earn a special patch.
