Description:

Snail: I saw a small snail, on a piece of glass, next to the front door, at 7:30 a.m. in the morning. It rained the night before. The color of this snail, was different shades of brown. This snail, was nine sixteenth of an inch wide, and nine sixteenth of an inch long ( shell ). It had about six whorls on its shell. It's upper tentacles, were black in color ( vision ). The top part of the lower tentacles, was also black in color ( feeling, smelling ). It had a black line running from the bottom of each upper tentacle, across the top of its body, to the shell. This snail was alive, and able to move. Snail, is a common name, that is applied most often to land snails.
